Send the details and we call you back with the total
Your name and a phone number are all we need to call you back. Everything else tightens the quote: the vehicle tells us which tow truck to send, where it sits and where it goes set the distance, and the timing tells us whether this is a run to book for a quiet hour. If you are not sure what you need, say so - that is what the call is for.
What happens after you send it
- We read it and call the number you gave us, at any hour.
- We confirm the vehicle, where it is and where it goes, and ask anything the form missed.
- You hear the total and the arrival window before anything is booked.
- Nothing is booked until you say yes on the call.
Do not wait on a form. If the car is in a travel lane, on a highway shoulder or anywhere that is not safe, call now - and call 911 first if anyone is hurt.
Tows that suit the form
- A car that has sat in a driveway or a lot and will not start
- A move to a shop, a dealer or a body shop you have already picked
- A long-distance run to another town or another state
- A flatbed for an all-wheel-drive, electric, lowered or classic car, booked ahead
- A motorcycle that needs to go to a shop
Frequently asked
Is the quote from the form the final price?
We quote the total on the call back, before a tow truck is booked. The form gives us what we need to price the job, and the call confirms it.
Can I book a tow for another day?
Yes. Choose another day on the form and tell us the window that works, where the car is and where it goes. A scheduled tow is quoted the same way as any other, on the call, before it is booked.
What if I do not know what kind of tow I need?
Choose Not sure and tell us what happened and what the car is. We work out on the call whether it needs a flatbed, a wheel-lift or no tow at all.
