How far ahead can a tow be booked?
A tow can be booked for next week or later. Pick the date on the form and note a time window and both addresses. We price an advance booking by phone, the same way we price a same-day tow, and confirm it only after you agree.
Does the form need me to pick the tow truck?
No, and not knowing is fine; the form has a Not sure option for exactly this case. Add a short description of the car and its trouble, and during the return call we decide together: flatbed, wheel-lift, or a roadside fix with no tow.
